Deposit Policy

All deposits made at the time of booking are fully refundable. This ensures flexibility for customers while securing your appointment with our team.

Application of Deposit

Your deposit is not an extra charge. It is applied directly toward your total service balance, reducing the amount you pay after your detailing service is completed.

Cancellation & Refund Timeline

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellation Policy: Clients may receive a full deposit refund if a cancellation notice is provided 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. 
• Pricing Determination: Final pricing is determined after a professional vehicle inspection, considering factors like size, condition, and cleaning requirements. 
• Service Duration: Service duration varies based on the detail level, ranging from 1.5 hours for basic to 6+ hours for premium. 
• Deposit Policy: The deposit is non-refundable once service starts. If no agreement is reached, the deposit is forfeited to cover the technician’s time and expenses.
