Over two hours late and did not notify us at all then was told the down deposit would be included in the final price and we find out it’s not it’s in addition to, so we got completely overcharged. There also has not been any response to any emails in regards to why we were overcharged. There are many other mobile detail options in Columbus, I would not recommend this one.
